That's the general kind of question that gets asked after people find out I do research on the Mayan calendar.

Our one Earth has many climate levels, which represent different degrees of heat. One planet, many levels. The levels just "are" and are perfect. They do not conflict.

which occurs every 260 days... every 9 months... in the 13th Week of the 13 days.

This year, 2010, is the 11th year (11 Star lamat) of a 13-year "wave" pattern, and an 11 indicates potential consciousness levels in the 800's...extremely powerful, in the best sense of the word.
It will "crest" or peak in the 13th year, just like it did in 1999.
2012 is the 13th year of a 13-year cycle that began in the year 2000.
So another wave is again building up in momentum, so expect that the same old familiar dark voices with their cries of alarm, childlike boogeyman fears, and big dramatic, fearful emotional predictions of doom and gloom (like those preceding the big pre-millenium year of 1999) will be out and about and at it again. They always are, always try, and yet have no real power. They just want your attention!

Every 13 years there is a big mass conciousness "charge-up" that happens... 2012...will be the completion of exactly TWO 13-year cycles from 1987.
The Harmonic Convergence date of Aug.17, 1987 was set as to the
"end of the 9 Hell Cycles of 52 years each" from the day Spanish explorer
Cortez landed in the Mayan lands in 1519 on day #1 in the year 1 REED ben.
Notice how the last year of the Hell Cycle was 13 STAR in 1986
but the 260-day cycle that ended on day #260 at Aug. 17, 1987
began back on Dec. 1, 1986 in the year 13 STAR lamat.
The day after the Harmonic Convergence (Aug. 18, 1987) was the first
day #1 1 WATER LILY CREATURE imix in the year 1 REED ben.
And on the calendar day #53 1 REED ben signifies the critical level 200!
Now please bear with me to explain...
December 21, 2012 is day #160...4 LORD ajaw (4 Ajaw or 4 A'hau) and is the first LORD ajaw day that calibrates potentially over consciousness level 600 (600 = enlightenment) at levels 611-615.
Those Mayan calendar days, from #157 to #160 may quite possibly be the actual "time slot" for that very holy three day period of the Christian Day of Cruxifixation and then Day of Resurrection or Ascension, a rising up again, after having descended into the "Underworlds" for three days after the day of Sacrifice (the "death" of the ego/mind) unto Enlightenment, Peace and Bliss at level 600 on day #156 1 Earth (1 Kab'an).
The higher levels of consciousness, even upon Enlightenment, transcend the mental constructs of all the levels, so the Light "descends" into "the Underworlds" (all the lower levels of consciousness below level 200) then arises ("ascends") back into "The Heavens" (all the levels ABOVE level 200) "on the third day...day 3 of each Mayan 13-day week.
Then day 4 of every 13-day week is the first full day ABOVE level 200.
The 4 LORD ajaw day on Dec, 21, 2012 is situated at the completion of Month 8 (row 8) and is at a 20-day completion and transition point from the unconditional levels of Love in the mid- to high 500's into the transcendance of dualities, and the higher spiritual practices of the 600's which define ones' higher station and duties.

Now, I realize some people don't buy in to any of that "end of the world" stuff, although geologists do report that all life on Earth has been totally wiped out more than 40 times over the last 2 billion years... 2 billion divided by 40 = every 50 million years on average
and still life managed to survive...and write stuff later on a thing called an inter net Predictions of a near "negative" future?...it's just some underlying mass subconscious base fear inner child "projections" harbored in some sad souls. The world has been around for a very, very L O N G time and we're going to be around in 2013, and 2014, and way beyond...forever...and ever...and then some... and then some more...and so on...and so on and on and on. Forever. And you're gonna be AWARE somewhere, all the time. You are safe.
This World IS, now, and forever shall Be. This World without end, and all the perfect spiritual lessons in it, are not going away anytime soon, so to speak.
One Life, many chapters, neverending Friday December 21, 2012 is a major 5,125-year alpha/omega "completion point " of one of the larger Maya time cycles, known as "the long count," that began in 3113 bc.
These cycles are tracked by Maya calendar day counter "day-keepers." Speculation of "What does it all mean?" is running hog wild. All one has to do is Google "2012" and read all the wacky theories... to those terrible big "Earth changes," (Yes, Virginia, there are earthquakes, and floods and storms, oh, my!) and it's mainly all fear-based so One can now more than guess just how much Truth those carry.
Spiritual masters and teachers, like Dr. David Hawkins, understand that the value of tragedy is it opens hearts deeply to the Holy spirit for healing compassion.
And all the hype about a "Galactic Alignment 2012"?...Well, according to the US Naval Observatory the "alignment" of our Sun with the center of our Milky Way galaxy already occured in October 1998.
The 1998 Galactic Alignment happened in the 12th year...of that first 13-year cycle that began in 1987.
Because our time/space continuum is a numeric base 13/20 FRACTAL SET, certain non-physical principal harmonic "potentials" of energy (love), when amplified by intention in POWER, may by Grace precipitate a "higher" spiritual energy field event.
The Mayan calendar actually pinpoints these degrees of potentials.

The entire energy spectrum of "consciousness" levels of awareness on Earth, which was discovered to be scaled from 1 to 1,000 according to the clinically proven research of American psychiatrist Dr. David R. Hawkins, went up over level 200 for the first time ever in human history on that weekend in 1987. Click open The Basics 2 section to see the 1,000 Levels chart.
The clinically proven truth about awareness, and "Reality," can be found in the research of Dr. David R. Hawkins whose books are required reading in psychology classes at universities and colleges all around the world. In the 1960's Dr. Hawkins had the largest psychiatric practice in the country, based out of New York City, with 25 regional offices.
It was during the 1960's that Western medical doctors were beginning to study and do research into Chinese acupuncture.
Traditional Chinese acupuncture healers have known for thousands of years that the human body nervous system also has multiple energy pathways they termed "energy meridians" that can be accessed by specific acupuncture "points" located along the meridians fo the body.
The energy flow through the energy meridians was termed "chi." In 1964 research into energy meridians by Dr. George Goodheart developed into a branch of medical science properly known today as Applied Kinesiology or "muscle testing."
Psychiatrist Dr. John Diamond expanded the research of Applied Kinesiology muscle testing into the realms of psychology by discovering that energy meridian "imbalances," or chi flow obstruction, was related to negative emotional states, and that stress reduced thyroid function, and that the thyroid is the main "control center" of the energy meridians.
These "chi" energy meridians are now known to be water pathways of suspended collodial minerals, whose energy fields can be enhanced to the positive alkaline charge by the addition of mineral "rock powders" into ones diet and garden soils, and by being unconditionally loving and compassionate. Muscle testing, or Applied Kinesiology, is a simple non-invasive technique to determine imbalances of the energy meridians. The standard muscle-testing technique is a two-person test: one person (A) who holds their arm straight out away from their body while the other person (B) presses down lightly on the wrist of the first person (A). Person A resists the wrist pressure being applied by person B. The research of Dr. Diamond proved that arm strength is DECREASED whenever a negative emotion is held in mind. Attending one of Dr. Diamond's muscle-testing demonstration lectures one day was Dr. David R. Hawkins.
After the lecture Dr. Hawkins and his staff set out to clinically evaluate muscle testing, because it seemed to be 100 percent accurate, and they spent years testing over 100,000 people. Using the muscle test technique, Hawkins and his staff again clinically proved that the energy meridians of the human body responds to negative emotional stimulus by "going weak" and responds to positive emotional stimulus by "going strong." But the most amazing discovery was the clinically proven fact that one could use the simple "muscle testing" technique to tell the truth about any statement. The energy meridians and muscles of the body respond to a False statement by "going weak" and respond to a True statement by "going strong." Dr. Hawkins discovered that, "Everything in the universe radiates a specific frequency, or minute energy field, that remains in the field of consciousness permanently. Thus, every person or being whoever lived, and anything about them, including any event, thought, deed, feeling, or attitude, is recorded forever and can be retrieved at any time in the present or the future." So for the first time in human history a simple method has been developed that can determine the truth of any statement with 100 percent accuracy. Just imagine all of the potential applications: criminal and civil investigations, criminal and civil justice, scientific research, business planning and development, politics, international diplomacy and for education. (Hey kids, no more flunking out on multiple-choice tests!) In 1995 Dr. Hawkins published the results of his research in his best selling book Power vs Force and was interviewed by Barbara Walters and on the PBS program The MacNeil-Leher NewsHour and on The Today Show. In 2008 Oprah interviewed Dr. Hawkins on her radio show. The truth and accuracy of every statement in every one of Dr. Hawkins books has been clinically tested and duplicated by teams of university researchers around the world. Dr. Hawkins developed a "Map of Consciousness" (which can be ordered at www.veritaspub.com) that details the range of all possible levels of human or animal consciousness, on a scale from 1 to 1,000.
Each increase of one point on the scale indicates an increase of energy field power by a factor of ten.
This means that there are actually 10,000 levels of consciousness but the scale was reduced by a factor of 10 (reduced to 1,000) to make it more easy to comprehend and use. One of the world's most ancient books of wisdom, the Chinese I Ching, mentions that the world is "the movement of the 10,000 things." Over the years Dr. Hawkins and research teams, using Behavioral Kinesiology at his Institute for Advanced Spiritual Research, has revealed the following information: Each level of consciousness indicates a particular pattern of energy field manifestations and thought patterns, just like tuning into various radio station frequencies reveals the content of the station programming.
No one radio station, or level of consciousness, "is better" than another, they just indicate specific patterns of programming or content. Everyone and everything alive is born with an established level of consciousness, and on average most humans rise up the scale only five points over their lifetime.
One may say with certainty that in accord with your level of consciousness , your capacity for awareness, you will attract a similar energetic emotional field of perception concerning the various depictions of our near year 2012. All levels of consciousness below level 200 indicate a focus on and attraction to negative emotions that make the body energy meridians "go weak." All people or groups who calibrate below level 200 choose to use FORCE, emotional, mental/will and physical, to "get" what they want in life.
And some 78 percent of all people on Earth (as of January 2010) have a calibrated level of consciousness below 200.
In America, that number is lower: 49 percent. All levels of consciousness at or above level 200 indicate a focus on and attraction to positive emotions that make the body energy meridians "go strong." The research also showed that all people who calibrate at or above level 200 are aligned to spiritual POWER, emotional, mental and physical, and "attract" what they receive in life.
And 22 percent of all people on Earth (as of January 2010) have a calibrated level of consciousness above 200.
In America, that number is higher: 51 percent. The average level of consciousness of the United States, as a nation, currently calibrates at 420...the highest of any in the world.
An energy field in the 400's indicates a focus on higher education, science and Reason. All the levels at or above the level of Love at 500 are "subjective," while all levels under 500 are "objective" in focus. The scientific theory of causality or "cause and effect" calibrates only at level 460, within the ranges of Reason and the higher intellect, whereas the belief that "You are only subject to what you hold in mind." calibrates over 500 and is a more accurate description of Reality
Joy, unconditional love and spontaneous healing all calibrate at level 540, within the non-physical realms of spiritual non-duality and "being-ness," which could not be proven per se by previous scientific methods. So what is considered the "Reality" worldview for one individual may not be the same "Reality" worldview for another person, who may be at a lower or higher level of consciousness. The lower the level of consciousness the higher the limitations and degrees of impaired perception of Reality, Truth and Divinity. 95 percent of conflict in the world today (between nations, groups or individuals) exists only between these two groups of consciousness...people that calibrate below level 200 are in conflict with those that calibrate above level 200, plain and simple. 51 percent of Americans calibrate above level 200 while 49 percent calibrate below…Power vs. force. Consciousness levels below 200 are classically identified around the world as "demonic" in nature. These are the realms of the "dark astral forces" whose "upper" levels of these low energy fields are considered Luciferic because of intellectual deception and the lowest energy fields are considered Satanic because of the base animal emotions aligned and focused with the destructive forces.
We need to be very clear about that. Alignment with those forces are extremely detrimental to one's own spiritual bearings and karmic potentials. The Kinesiology muscle test technique can be used successfully by 90 percent of the people who calibrate over level 200, potentially less than 20 percent of the world population (45 percent of Americans).
Even the statement to be tested must be in integrity. So, now humanity has a simple scientific tool, Applied Kinesiology, which can determine with 100 percent accuracy the truth of any statement...AND a way to calibrate and determine the level of consciousness of any person or idea.

On the physical Earth plane one experiences the process of transcending the animal nature: the having of a physical body, the thinking of thoughts, acting on selfish impulses, trying to control everyone and everything, willfulness, and surviving by force. All these things are temporary...all soon crumble into the dusts of mortality. Over the last 20-years our research into the 260-day Mayan calendar of the Americas led to the revelation in 1997 of correlating the musical scale octave to each 13-day Mayan week. And then again in 2006 of correlating Hawkins’ 1,000 levels of consciousness to the entire Mayan calendar. Certain key numeric consciousness “shift point potentials” correspond to each musical tone, to every day of every Mayan 13-day and also over the course of every 260-day calendar cycle. Review of the 12-note musical chord arrangements (major, fourths and fifths) helped to understand why when one is transcending through the levels of consciousness the various sympathetic harmonic overtone chord relationship principles precipitate energy activities of both lower and higher levels of consciousness, forces and powers, all energy frequencies logarithmically interrelated and interconnected into a multi-leveled Reality.
Our time here is One of Mastering, and then Transcending, all the levels of consciousness.
For centuries the AVERAGE level of consciousness of humans on Earth stood at level 190.
Still, for in All Ages, and in All Times, An Awareness witnessed the stillness Awakening, as from a Strange Dream from the Wandering Darkness From which both the Spirits of Desire and Compassion struggled for Worldly Attention. Until... August 16-17, 1987... at the time of the "Harmonic Convergence" (but not caused by it) the average level of consciousness on the planet suddenly jumped to 204, in just one afternoon, leaping ABOVE level 200 for the very first time in history--the most important event yet in human history!

Note: Rich realized in 1997 after reading Dennis Tedlock's book The Popol Vuh that the Guatemala highland Maya, the oldest Mayan communities, were using the most accurate day count based on the rising and setting of the planet Venus. The Mayan calendar is slowly tracking "backward" approximately one day every 16 years and must be adjusted. Please be aware that the day count Jose Arguelles uses is from the Yucatan lowland Maya day count which has been proven to be "off" by about 55 days. Rich believes this is because after the Spanish invasions in the 1500's the "one day adjustments" were forgotten about.
This means that the Harmonic Convergence weekend of August 16-17, 1987 occured on: Saturday (day #259) 12 Nature kawak and Sunday (day #260) 13 Lord ajaw... at the very end of the calendar, on the most powerful day of the calendar...13 Lord ajaw and not on (day #54) 2 Jaguar and (day #55) 3 Eagle per Jose Arguelles "lowland Maya" day count.
And according to various native american Hopi and Aztec people... there is yet a "Blue Star" prophesy to be fulfilled
This may be related to the 8th Mayan day sign symbol blue STAR "lamat."
The very last 13-day week on the Mayan calendar is blue STAR lamat Week. This most spiritually powerful 13-day week leads up to the last day of the calendar, situated on the end/beginning ~ alpha & omega ~ of the 260-day wavelength, at the junction of the most powerful time warp portal zone.
If day #260, blue 13 LORD ajaw, calibrates on up to level 1,000, which is divinity, then the arrival of blue STAR week signals the coming of both the end and the beginning
And the "Harmonic Concordance" of Saturday, November 8, 2003, which again raised the consciousness levels worldwide by three more points to level 207, occured on day #208 13 Star... again on a day 13, this time in Guardian kib' Week, which was right on the "time warp" point at level 800.
The average level of consciousness for all of mankind now, in *2009, (*This calibration was by Dr. Hawkins staff in Feb. 2009) Which means the world is now on an upward spiral path into Truth and stability. For the first time ever, those sacred Values which we hold so dear Consciousness levels over 600 represent the states of Divine Enlightenment and the illusions of dualities and separation dissolve into the holistic knowing of Revelations and the Radiance of Divine Light. In the "state" of enlightenment, "the world" as most people perceive of "it" does not even exist! All life is subjective... It is the grand illusion of the primitive ego/mind. The Reality is that the pathways of Being Enlightened have now become clinically proven by science! To always BE Loving and Peaceful...no matter what. Many of us, whom have sought Our Truth, actually are all Destined to "Be" come enlightened some day. To be enlightened one doesn't "do" or "get" anything. One cannot "get" what one already is. We are being attracted by our Future, to our Overtone Higher Self and so return once again to Our Very Source... Love & Peace and right on Time! It IS Time...to BE...enlightened. The following information provided will ultimately guide you to the clinically proven facts of what one IS to "be" Enlightened, as researched and proven by Dr. David Hawkins in one of his newer books Discovery of the Presence of God: Devotional Non-Duality. (Don't let that title scare you off, friend.) The following is my overview summary on the subject of Enlightenment found in the clinically proven research of Dr. David R. Hawkins in his amazing books: Everyone has within their own brain a primary "reptilian brain" which operates the ego/mind basic survival goals of pleasure and gain. This ego/mind/reptilian brain is the part of us which judges, desires, seeks, wants to possess and gets. Every thought and every action is reviewed by this part of the brain and given value based upon millions of years of evolution and ones' current lifetime of social programming.
The most common ego "positions" serve not a unity but a duality. An "us" versus a "them."
"Acceptance" calibrates at level 350 so the solution to an "argument" temptation is to accept what is and remain emotionally positive.
All positions begin with a rejection that the world is perfect as it is. The spiritual path requires one to understand rather than demand/win.
We all have a "horizontal" personal history that extends throughout time ... "grade school, high school, jobs, families"... yet also within each of us is a "vertical" timeless wise elder that radiates from our innermost Divine Heart of hearts.
If to Be Love is the Final Destination, then...Open Up Pure Heart...then play it again
A physical key concept to Understand about "enlightenment" is to understand that all manifested physical energy forms, including our bodies and brains, change and move from place to place, sometimes use FORCE, are limited by just having a form, and are temporal in duration--while both the manifest AND un-manifested, high frequency spiritual Divine Domain of Radiant Divinity is Permanent, Unlimited, all-POWERful, Everlasting and Eternal. Humans are both spirit and flesh. In the world yet not of it. Non-attached, but not detached. And curved lines, words, define our world, as such.
POWER versus force To "be" enlightened, One is aligned with the spiritual, miraculous, Peaceful, Loving, eternal, and permanent POWER of Divinity. So to "Be" enlightened, one must only surrender over to ones' Inner Higher "Power" ALL thoughts and feelings as they arise, so that the vanity and "thinkingness" of the physical ego/mind/reptile brain is silenced by the revelation of our One Radiant Divine Presence, by Grace...and so Home, happily. thinking vs REVELATION (BLISS) There is really no separate "you," only an Eternal Awareness, limited only by perceptions through ones experiencer/recorder sensor "body" organs. The physical body ego/brain/mind "thinks" that the sensations of the recorder/body is a "me" doing a "this" or a "that." It always thinks in terms of "dualities," and feeling a separation from others, does not have consideration of other people. Thinks only of self and others in objective terms. "I am separate from all other things." The ego/mind believes "itself" to be doing something, causing something, and "thinks" in terms of "causes and effects."
For it is not "your" mind to begin with. Best to conceptualize body, brain and mind as an "it" because "it" is not "you." Yet it's best to treat "it" as one would a loving pet, by taking good care of it and loving it.
Silence and quiet, with Love, and innocent compassion.
"Your" body and brain is like a camcorder. Life viewed through the lens of the camcorder is only a filtered image. The Universe is ONE hologram and the body eyes/senses/brain records a sequence of images which "it" imagines to be changing. Walk around a hologram and the illusion of movement occurs. Recall the old "flip cards" of individual drawings of someone throwing a ball. Flip the cards rapidly and the illusion of movement occurs. The world is an inkblot onto which the ego/mind/brain projects its illusions. All the perfect forms of the physical world arise spontaneously as wave forms out of the One un-manifest, peaceful, loving, and eternal spiritual power domain of Radiant Divine Light "possibilities. One Is Enlightened after the limititations of the ego/mind/brain fall away.
One cannot "get" or "attain" Enlightenment. One can only "be" enlightened by surrendering everything in every moment, not by getting something.
You cannot get what you already are. Once one "intends" to continuously surrender all the ego positions, judgements, dualities and worldly values, including false spiritual vanity, the miraculous occurs. One is totally humble and dedicated to Divinity, in Love and Service to All. "getting" vs ATTRACTING What then used to be "desired" by the ego (all the me, me, me stuff and all the get, get, get, want, want, want, desires sought by emotional force) is transformed into "attracting" into one's life that which by grace Divinity has created in perfection, according to one's level of consciousness and karmic potential. What was once hard to "get" suddenly is easily "attracted" by the leap into a higher level of consciousness. By "allowing" the witnessing of life, without judgements and without any perceived gain or loss, in the "now," in the present moment without clinging to the past and without control of the future, a totally surrendered life is one of Unconditional Love and devotion to Divinity, with constant inner prayers invoking the Divine Will. Something was wondering...How can "I" surrender all "my" goals and values? Don't "I" have to think in order to function and survive? The intention to totally surrendering and yeilding ones' will to Divinity opens the possibility for direct energetic atunement to our eternal One Divine Will and instead of "thinking" one instead just IS and sees the ultimate wholistic revelations of radiant Understanding and Love.
Life goals perhaps remain the same, maybe not, but they will now be totally dedicated unto the service of Divinity, without thought of personal perceived gain or motive.
The "body" will continue to go about "its business" and one will survive even better and be happier. The right words to say in any moment always come and the revelations trigger important life decisions to Be realized and followed, framed by a consideration of ones' eternal destination. As Hawkins states: "...the ego/mind is addicted to processing the details of the content of form, which is the attraction and lure of the world...To "renounce the world" means to withdraw energy from it and decline activities that require attention to specifics, thereby abiding in the [spiritual] Self rather than in the amusements of the [physical ego/mind] self...it never was 'the world' that was interesting, but the projections by one's ego of its values and the specifics of its sensations." Remember...Time is "short"...and Narrow are the Gates. There are 1,000 different possible levels of consciousness that one can experience. The "bottom" 200 levels are animal in nature, without awareness of spiritual power.

Invasion From Inner Space by Rich Eagle
They arrive unannounced, unexpected during the mundane routines of day-to-day living, unexplainable and incomprehensible invasions of our inner space, our inner peace of mind. And it changes us forever. What one can't explain or comprehend can be very unsettling, even horrific, and a traumatic experience can leave a lasting imprint in our conscious awareness for the rest of our lives. While living in Sedona, Arizona, in the late 1990's I was out sunning in the desert one day a couple hundred yards southeast of the famous rock formation known locally as Bell Rock when suddenly I perceived on the very top of the huge rock two helmeted and suited short "beings" walking on the outer flat surface of a saucer disk-shaped craft that had tripod legs. I was just terrified and immediately looked away then scrambled to hide behind a nearby scrub bush. I just "froze" in terror, thinking that "they" might see me and try to abduct me. I slowly turned and peered out from behind the bush to look and "they" and "it" were still up there. I thought of running back home just a few minutes away to grab a camera but just decided to turn away and sit motionless, while thinking to myself, "Please, no, this can't be happening!" After a while I turned and peeked through the bush again but now the rock top was clear. The relief I felt that "they" were gone was just tremendous. For years afterward I never told anyone and had actually suppressed its memory until the writing of this article. Earlier in 1989 a close friend of mine related to me her terrifying experience of awakening in bed late one night and being physically paralyzed while "small gray-colored alien creatures" abducted her. A year later her son in the military phoned her in the middle of the night to report a similar event while sleeping in quarters on a military base. The Debate about UFO's is big, and it's getting bigger every year due in large part to the impact of the Internet and various UFO-themed websites and TV shows. But something seems to be missing in all this. Is something really "happening" to people or is it just happening inside of our minds? Life on planet Earth offers up to us all manner and range of creations, from nightmares to miracles, and also every level of conscious awareness from simple bacteria to the Divine Avatars. Many times driving at night I've seen all manner of strange animals shapes and forms only to realize that they were all due to a fog on the windshield, reflections on a wet road or a lack of light which made distant images appear momentarily to be something other than what they really were. My imagination was involved in editing the perceptions my brain was receiving from my body organs. Actually everything that humans and animals perceive in our brains occur 1/10,000 of a second after the event is witnessed by the sense organs. All perceptions of the physical world, and everything in the physical world, that is experienced by the body senses have to be first processed through the brain. So, all experience of life on Earth is totally subjective. From all the sensory information filtered through brain perceptions, including everything available to be remembered from previous experiences and thoughts, a subjective image and information matrix is assembled in the brain and presented moment by moment as "your" personal viewpoint of what the world is, what "you" are doing in it and what "you" are thinking about and observing. Current quantum physics theory reveals that all those tiny energy particles and waves which matter is "made of" can change their properties in an instant so that any particle can "shape shift" into any other type of particle. And also the intention and focus of "the observer" also "influences" particles so that the observer to any event is influencing and "shaping" what is being witnessed just by their awareness and level of consciousness. Anyone seriously trying to understand the phenomena of UFO's and human contact with UFO's must first take into consideration the state of mind of the witnesses. And there is an endless combination of criteria that could be taken into consideration with each case. So what happens? Reports are taken, interviews are conducted and also sometimes scientific equipment is utilized. Then different reporters and writers release their stories concerning each case or cases into the media, with experts in different fields of academia debating the pros and cons and the credibility of the witnesses, and of any documented proofs. The arguments revolve around who is telling the truth, and what are the facts of each case, like in a courtroom drama. And both sides seem to be very emotional about what they believe in. The phrase "credible witness" is used a lot, meaning that if a particular witness is a credible witness, especially police, air force or military personnel, it implies that we are urged to more strongly believe in the accuracy of the details and that the account is true. We consumers of the news media then form opinions about what we are reading or hearing about. Some of us have strong opinions and beliefs about UFO's while others are open-minded, and many have no opinion. Some of us have seen or had contact with UFO's, which then shapes our opinion. The details of the information usually leave me feeling not good, certainly not happy, and uneasy. If you have personally seen a UFO or had a "contact" experience, just what was it that happened? Can "it" be explained or is it beyond the boundaries of current understanding, reason and scientific inquiry? Is "the government" engaged in a gigantic cover-up of "the truth" and withholding evidence? Are UFOs real or do they exist only at certain levels of consciousness? Are UFOs extraterrestrial or are they astral hallucinations? How many of these UFOs are secret new flying machines created by the U.S. military? Are sightings of strange lights otherworldly or just miraculous? Are there other realities and dimensions besides the one we experience in everyday living? Just what is The Truth? As one famous dramatic TV show put it, "The Truth is Out There." But is it really "out there," the truth? Is there any way to tell the truth about all of this? The starting point has to be, first of all, an explanation of just what is "Reality." And is there any way to tell the absolute truth about that? Well, to tell you the truth, there is. The clinically proven "truth" about Reality, and alien abductions and UFO phenomenon, can be found in the research of Dr. David R. Hawkins whose books are required reading in psychology classes at universities and colleges all around the world. In the 1960's Dr. Hawkins had the largest psychiatric practice in the country, based out of New York City, with 25 regional offices. It was during the 1960's that Western medical doctors were beginning to study and do research into Chinese acupuncture. Traditional Chinese acupuncture healers have known for thousands of years that the human body nervous system also has multiple energy pathways they termed "energy meridians" that can be accessed by specific acupuncture location "points" on the body. The energy flow through the energy meridians was termed "chi." In 1964 research into energy meridians by Dr. George Goodheart developed into a branch of medical science properly known today as Applied Kinesiology or "muscle testing." Psychiatrist John Diamond expanded the research of Applied Kinesiology muscle testing into the realms of psychology by discovering that energy meridian "imbalances," or chi flow obstruction, was related to negative emotional states, and that stress reduced thyroid function, and that the thyroid is the main "control center" of the energy meridians. Muscle testing, or Applied Kinesiology, is a simple non-invasive technique to determine imbalances of the energy meridians. The standard muscle-testing technique is a two-person test: one person (A) who holds their arm straight out away from their body while the other person (B) presses down lightly on the wrist of the first person (A). Person A resists the wrist pressure being applied by person B. The research of Dr. Diamond proved that arm strength is decreased whenever a negative emotion is held in mind. Attending one of Dr. Diamond's muscle-testing demonstration lectures one day was Dr. David R. Hawkins. After the lecture Dr. Hawkins and his staff set out to clinically evaluate muscle testing, because it seemed to be 100 percent accurate, and they spent years testing over 100,000 people. Using the muscle test technique, Hawkins and his staff again clinically proved that the energy meridians of the human body responds to negative emotional stimulus by "going weak" and responds to positive emotional stimulus by "going strong." But the most amazing discovery was the clinically proven fact that one could use the simple "muscle testing" technique to tell the truth about any statement. The energy meridians and muscles of the body respond to a false statement by "going weak" and respond to a true statement by "going strong." Dr. Hawkins discovered that, "Everything in the universe radiates a specific frequency, or minute energy field, that remains in the field of consciousness permanently. Thus, every person or being whoever lived, and anything about them, including any event, thought, deed, feeling, or attitude, is recorded forever and can be retrieved at any time in the present or the future." So for the first time in human history a simple method has been developed that can determine the truth of any statement with 100 percent accuracy. Just imagine all of the potential applications: criminal and civil investigations, criminal and civil justice, scientific research, business planning and development, politics, international diplomacy and for education. (Hey kids, no more flunking out on multiple-choice tests!) In 1995 Dr. Hawkins published the results of his research in his best selling book Power vs Force and was interviewed by Barbara Walters and on the PBS program The MacNeil-Leher NewsHour and on The Today Show. In 2008 Oprah interviewed Dr. Hawkins on her radio show. The truth and accuracy of every statement in every one of Dr. Hawkins books has been clinically tested and duplicated by teams of university researchers around the world. Dr. Hawkins developed a "Map of Consciousness" (which can be ordered at www.veritaspub.com)) that details the range of all possible levels of human or animal consciousness, on a scale from 1 to 1,000. Each increase of one point on the scale indicates an increase of energy field power by a factor of ten. Over the years Dr. Hawkins and research teams, using Behavioral Kinesiology at his Institute for Advanced Spiritual Research, has revealed the following information: Each level of consciousness indicates a particular pattern of energy field manifestations and thought patterns, just like tuning into various radio station frequencies reveals the content of the station programming. No one radio station, or level of consciousness, "is better" than another, they just indicate specific patterns of programming or content. Everyone and everything alive is born with an established level of consciousness, and on average most humans rise up the scale only five points over their lifetime. All levels of consciousness below level 200 indicate a focus on and attraction to negative emotions that make the body energy meridians "go weak." All people or groups who calibrate below level 200 choose to use FORCE, emotional, mental/will and physical, to "get" what they want in life. And some 78 percent of all people on Earth (as of February 2009) have a calibrated level of consciousness below 200. In America, that number is lower: 49 percent. All levels of consciousness at or above level 200 indicate a focus on and attraction to positive emotions that make the body energy meridians "go strong." The research also showed that all people who calibrate at or above level 200 are aligned to spiritual POWER, emotional, mental and physical, and "attract" what they want in life. And only 22 percent of all people on Earth (as of February 2009) have a calibrated level of consciousness above 200. In America, that number is higher: 51 percent. The average level of consciousness of the United States, as a nation, currently calibrates at 420, the highest of any in the world. An energy field in the 400's indicates a focus on higher education, science and reason. All levels under 500 are "objective" while all the levels at or above the level of Love at 500 are "subjective." The scientific theory of causality or "cause and effect" calibrates at level 460, within the ranges of Reason and the higher intellect. Joy, unconditional love and spontaneous healing all calibrate at level 540, within the non-physical realms of spiritual non-duality and "being-ness," which could not be proven per se by previous scientific methods. So what is considered the "Reality" worldview for one individual may not be the same "Reality" worldview for another person, who may be at a lower or higher level of consciousness. The lower the level of consciousness the higher the limitations and degrees of impaired perception of Reality, Truth and Divinity. 95 percent of conflict in the world today (between nations, groups or individuals) exists only between these two groups of consciousness: people that calibrate below level 200 are in conflict with those that calibrate above level 200, plain and simple. 51 percent of Americans calibrate above level 200 and 49 percent calibrate below level 200…Power vs. Force. Levels below 200 are classically identified around the world as "demonic" in nature. This is the realm of the "dark astral forces" whose upper-lower energy fields are considered Luciferic because of intellectual deception and the lower-lower energy fields considered Satanic because of the horrific evil blood lust animalistic emotional-physical destructive forces. The Kinesiology muscle test technique can be used successfully by 90 percent of the people who calibrate over level 200, potentially less than 20 percent of the world (45 percent of Americans). Even the statement to be tested must be in integrity. So now humanity has a simple scientific tool, Applied Kinesiology, which can determine with 100 percent accuracy the truth of any statement AND a way to calibrate and determine the level of consciousness of any person or idea. Applied to UFO research, statements from witnesses, as well as from those doing the investigations, can now be verified for truth and accuracy and for the level of consciousness of everyone and anything involved. Here is the clinically proven truth about the "subjective" experience of alien abduction as reported in Hawkins 2005 book Truth vs. Falsehood: How To Tell The Difference, p. 392. The level of consciousness of alien abductions calibrate at level 70, which is a good 30 points lower on the scale below fear and fright, and 5 points lower than grief, regret and despondency. Level 70 is the same calibration level as the Book of Revelation, the last Bible book in the New Testament and written by “John” who was depressed and delusional. Hawkins writes that, “Trance/fugue states can occur in normal persons and may last for prolonged periods of minutes, hours or even days…In an auto-trance of even short duration, there can be the subjective experience of far greater time periods--in a few minutes visions of other dimensions may include hours or even days of seeming events… Research is complicated by the fact that delusions, illusions, dreams, visions, amnesia, and trace and fugue states are subjectively astrally experienced, yet “objectively” unreal, and therefore un-confirmable as an actual reality.” The witnesses who report an alien abduction relate the same general “negative” scenario conditions and sight similar "beings." And the research proved that humans are unconscious 24 percent of the time during waking hours, excluding time sleeping. The late Swiss psychiatrist Carl Jung noted that humans experience similar collective unconsciousness "archetypes" or symbolic models that appear in dreams and daydreams. Jung had an unexplainable experience in an Italian port upon his return from visiting Africa by ship. While waiting for his boat to be re-supplied he walked the port town with a traveling companion and they both happened upon a beautiful church with a strange blueness to the light inside as they walked around the church aisles admiring the magnificent paintings. Why had he not heard of this place he wondered? Back on board the ship Jung wrote a letter to an Italian friend who lived in a nearby town asking to supply details of the strange church and provided the exact location. His Italian friend wrote back that the church had burned down 400 years ago, that it no longer existed, and that by the directions he found just an empty grassy plot of land where the former church sat. Anyone, and any number of people, can experience an astral “event” that others will say could not or did not exist. That truth covers the entire gamut of UFO and “extraterrestrial” phenomena. Well, one might ask, what about physical marks left on a body after abduction? Other studies of test subjects wearing computer generated virtual reality goggles showed they could experience pain and even bruising after visually experiencing being unexpectedly attacked in a simulated virtual reality environment, similar to a sensory hallucination. Again, according to quantum physics, whatever the intention, focus and level of consciousness of the observer is will determine and shape the reality of what the observer "thinks" they perceive to be witnessing. By applying quantum physics theory to physical “evidence” from suspected UFO landings and crop circles we can now understand why whoever is interested in those kinds of things will interpret and see what they want to see, find what they want to find. And one can find a multitude of scientists who have looked into the “evidence” of many such cases and are in disagreement about what “caused” it and what it “means.” The entire population of neighborhoods, communities, cities and even nations can calibrate at the exact same level of consciousness and so together witness something unexplainable. Let’s recall that old saying, birds of a feather flock together. Just about any thing can happen to anybody, or any number of people, at any time for "reasons" that can only at their core be "explained" as spiritual lessons. UFO's are not going to take over the world, for “the world” that you perceive only exists inside your subjective reality according to your level of consciousness. The world one perceives is more than just a projection of the collective consciousness of humanity…it is a holographic spiritual chessboard. Dr. Hawkins’ books are sprinkled with the themes of spirituality for “true power” originates from, and radiates forth, Divinity. On the Map of Consciousness each level has its own view of God, view on life, emotions and processes and each level harbors “its’ own” projection of the world. So, what is your address on the Map of Consciousness? Which energy fields do you tune in to, align and identify with? The problem that people who have had a traumatic experience run into is becoming "the victim" of the event and letting the event define them. The event is like a movie. One goes to, let's say, a horror movie at the theater in the afternoon, gets shocked but then leaves the theater and thinks later, "Ugh! That was shocking. But it was just a movie." And so continues on with the day, thinking about other things and forgetting the movie. One moves on. One only "remembers" what one values to be important. By dwelling on "the event" over and over again, one gets stuck on a negative level of consciousness and the ongoing emotion and mental stress release adrenalin into the body, weakening the immune functions until physical, mental and emotional functioning is greatly impaired. Hawkins’ research has proven: that it is only through prayer and spiritual repair by way of unconditional love, forgiveness and selfless service to others that one can regain normal functioning again--through the surrendering of every thought unto the Power of the Divine Will, which is the basis of all the 12-Step programs out there. And that thought, “just happens.” One experiences thought but “they” are not "yours.” Thinking happens of its’ own. Thought patterns are energy field programs. The letting go of and surrender of thoughts and “thinking” results in a direct holistic Knowing through Revelation that "just dawns on you." And, one is not the body, the body is an "it." We come into physicality, and then out of it, over multiple lifetimes, so it is really just one life. Energy cannot be destroyed it can only change form. That life on Earth is actually a level of Purgatory, a staging area for spiritual lessons in preparation for the eternal exploration of other dimensions, and that each Soul incarnated into a human body can here experience the full range of spiritual and karmic opportunities offered for maximum spiritual growth and the evolution of consciousness. On the physical Earth plane one experiences the process of transcending the animal nature: the having of a physical body, the thinking of thoughts, acting on selfish impulses, trying to control everyone and everything, willfulness, and surviving by force. All these things are temporary. They will all pass away. Over the last 20-years my research into the 260-day Mayan calendar of the Americas led to the revelation in 1997 of correlating the musical scale octave to each 13-day Mayan week. And then again in 2006 of correlating Hawkins’ 1,000 levels of consciousness to the entire Mayan calendar. Certain keys numeric consciousness “shift point potentials” correspond to each musical tone, to every day of every Mayan 13-day and also over the course of every 260-day calendar cycle. My experience in Sedona with the helmeted flying saucer crew "happened" to me. Yet during the event, I could hear and see tourists walking the paths around Bell Rock, and also the tour bus parking lots are usually filled with dozens of visitors. There were hundreds of people around the area and Bell Rock can be viewed from miles around, yet no one was screaming to, "Flee from the aliens!" and the flying saucer, and there were no news reports about it. It was both terrifying and exciting. It seemed so VERY real to me. So, what really happened to me on that day? My mind starred in its own private “real life” horror flick, one that I pray now to forget. Our time here is one of mastering, and then transcending, all the levels of consciousness.
